The Community area is a large part of the protected miyombo forest. Also this area of ​​the Kisungule Community reserve is part of a movements of animals (ushoroba) as they move from Selous on the Tanzania side to Niassa in Mozambique.


The Community area is a large part of the protected by miyombo forest. This area is rich in biodiversity with a large community of plants and animals. Records show the area contains approximately 500 different bird species (Stronach 2003). Mount Changalanga is very high and you can see the whole reserve, where they are located at Kakakuona. There are also Masaka in which they are found. This BokoEneo has great access to minerals and water as a very important wildlife resource, and this makes it an attractive place for many species of animals to rest and breed, making it an excellent conservationist.

Physical Address
Kisungule is located in Magazine ward, Sasawala Division, Namtumbo District in Ruvuma Region. This area to the north is bordered by the Nalika Community, to the east is the Sasawala Forest, to the west is the Kimbanda Community Reserve and the Niassa Wildlife Reserve (Mozambique), to the south is the Niassa (Mozambique) park and the river Confession.

ILUMA Size 511 square kilometers Region / District: Kilombero and Ulanga districts, Morogoro Region Iluma is located in Kilombero and Ulanga districts, Morogoro Region in the Eastern part of Tazania. Iluma is part of Selous ecosystem and most importantly part of Kilombero Valley Ramsar Site. The area borders Selous Game Reserve to the East. KIMBANDA The area is part of the Selous-Niassa Wildlife Corridor. It is rich in miombo woodlands and abundant wildlife reserve. The Selous - Niassa Miombo woodland ecosystem as a whole is the largest trans-boundary natural dry forest ecosystem in Africa covering 150,000 km2 and extends across southern Tanzania into neighbouring Mozambique.
